I was looking for a dentist office to go to after moving to Houston, and Midtown Dentistry was the perfect place! Everyone is welcoming at the front desk, and Loan Pham is a wonderful hygienist who takes time to listen to your concerns and makes sure that your appointment is as smooth as possible.

I chose this Midtown location after the one I had been going to for some years closed down. It was a blessing in disguise. Today was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised. It was a positive experience. Their staff is top-notch. I was greeted with a smile at the front desk by Rebecca. Dr. Jones was very soft-spoken and made me feel comfortable. I have never been a fan of having to go to the dentist, and occasionally get anxiety. I can't say enough about how kind and helpful Emily was to me. She helped me be at ease and made sure I was taken care of. She is a sweetheart. Loan is the absolute best hygienist I have ever had. I was impressed by her expertise. She is extremely thorough, has patience, is knowledgeable, has a positive attitude, and a gentle touch. She screened me for cancer and gave me a deep cleaning. She explained the oral hygiene routine and made sure I understood. She also made me feel very much at ease throughout the entire procedure and I was very grateful. They really make you feel at home with personalized care. Loan made me feel like she was my personal hygienist cheerleader. I highly recommend this location and staff. Their professionalism is two thumbs up.

My first visit to a dental office in years. Can only imagine my anxiety level being horrible. However upon walking in having second thoughts, I was welcomed with a warm smile and concern for my discomfort. The staff went and beyond as far as making sure I am comfortable. They helped me understand why I needed the treatment I needed and how it would benefit me in the long run. Dr.Jones is extraordinary when it comes to his patients and his work, his assistant Eloy made me feel at home it’s like I’ve known him for years or something and kept the mood light when I was scared. Nova was there as well to laugh with me not at me haha. With that being said I highly recommend this office and guarantee you won’t find another provider better then Dr.Jones and his staff. Saira did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Such a professional. She explained what she was doing and very personable. Also the equipment they use is update. No more heavy scraping to remove plaque. Will look forward to my next visit.

I always used to have so much anxiety going to the dentist before switching and coming to Midtown dentistry. Everyone who works here is genuinely so kind and welcoming. One person in particular, Loan Pham, always makes my visits, she greets me with a smile and is so unbelievably kind, warm, and professional. She is also all-around phenomenal at her job.

I have been going to Midtown Dentistry for several years. Loan Pham is the best hygienist I have ever experienced. She conducts a simple, potentially life saving non invasive oral cancer screening on each visit. Never in all my years of going to the dentist has anyone ever even mentioned oral cancer to me. She ensures that she does this with every patient because she truly cares about her patients and her work. She is so incredibly thorough - my teeth, have never felt cleaner!

I wanted to thank Valentina, Dr. Rafi, Shannon, and all the staff for their wonderful service! Everyone is very friendly and caring. They even remembered conversations we had months ago! Initially, I was concerned about the number of procedures they recommended, which were previously not recommended by my prior dentists (scaling and root planing, multiple XRays, filling revisions). However, they counseled me on the necessity, including showing XRay findings and exam findings with a mirror. Do confirm your insurance coverage for procedures - fortunately mine is quite good. Keep up the good work!

I always have a great experience at Midtown Dentistry. I never have to wait a long time to be seen, and am always greeted with kindness. The dental hygienist is top notch! I would definitely recommend this place if you’re searching for a dental office.

My visit started with EXCEPTIONAL service from Shannon and Kristin at the front desk followed by incredible advisement and professionalism from the dental hygienist Valentina. Finally, Dr. Rafi came in with an extremely cheerful and upbeat disposition, which mitigated my pre-existing trepidation and phobia of being in the dentist chair. As someone who’s had horrific experiences with previous dentists, I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and positivity that this office emanates amongst its staff and patients. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Rafi and her amazing staff if you are in the HTX area!

My dad is a patient of Dr Truong. He fell a week ago and a few days after his fall he noticed two teeth loose and hurting. I called after they opened she got him in that afternoon. He was there 4 hours for numerous issues she took care of him. So thankful for her and her staff!

Dr. Loan and the rest of the team are absolutely fantastic. I’m typically not a fan of the dentist, but they make everything super easy to understand and i felt very little discomfort during my cleaning, even with how awful i’ve been at brushing. Highly recommend!
