I chose this Midtown location after the one I had been going to for some years closed down. It was a blessing in disguise. Today was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised. It was a positive experience. Their staff is top-notch. I was greeted with a smile at the front desk by Rebecca. Dr. Jones was very soft-spoken and made me feel comfortable. I have never been a fan of having to go to the dentist, and occasionally get anxiety. I can't say enough about how kind and helpful Emily was to me. She helped me be at ease and made sure I was taken care of. She is a sweetheart. Loan is the absolute best hygienist I have ever had. I was impressed by her expertise. She is extremely thorough, has patience, is knowledgeable, has a positive attitude, and a gentle touch. She screened me for cancer and gave me a deep cleaning. She explained the oral hygiene routine and made sure I understood. She also made me feel very much at ease throughout the entire procedure and I was very grateful. They really make you feel at home with personalized care. Loan made me feel like she was my personal hygienist cheerleader. I highly recommend this location and staff. My first visit to a dental office in years. Can only imagine my anxiety level being horrible. However upon walking in having second thoughts, I was welcomed with a warm smile and concern for my discomfort. The staff went and beyond as far as making sure I am comfortable. They helped me understand why I needed the treatment I needed and how it would benefit me in the long run. Dr.Jones is extraordinary when it comes to his patients and his work, his assistant Eloy made me feel at home it’s like I’ve known him for years or something and kept the mood light when I was scared. Nova was there as well to laugh with me not at me haha. With that being said I highly recommend this office and guarantee you won’t find another provider better then Dr.Jones and his staff. She conducts a simple, potentially life saving non invasive oral cancer screening on each visit. Never in all my years of going to the dentist has anyone ever even mentioned oral cancer to me. I wanted to thank Valentina, Dr. Rafi, Shannon, and all the staff for their wonderful service! Everyone is very friendly and caring. They even remembered conversations we had months ago! Initially, I was concerned about the number of procedures they recommended, which were previously not recommended by my prior dentists (scaling and root planing, multiple XRays, filling revisions). However, they counseled me on the necessity, including showing XRay findings and exam findings with a mirror. Do confirm your insurance coverage for procedures - fortunately mine is quite good. Keep up the good work!

Dr. Loan and the rest of the team are absolutely fantastic. I’m typically not a fan of the dentist, but they make everything super easy to understand and i felt very little discomfort during my cleaning, even with how awful i’ve been at brushing. Highly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment with the Dental Hygienist Loan Pham based on the overwhelming positive reviews citing her professionalism and expertise. The dentist Enas Nimri, DDS is really a great dentist, she made me feel confident, in the consultation, I did not feel any pain, any discomfort and I left happy, from this consultation onwards, she will be my only dentist, because I previously went with a dentist, who told me that she couldn't help me, I imagine that she is a good dentist, but personally she didn't help me, this dentist sent me to the specialist, because in the X-rays she told me that I needed to have Rootcanal, and When I went to the specialist, excellent specialist, he told me... I don't understand why you are here, it's not necessary, a general dentist can fix it, that's why I decided not to go to the same dentist who had sent me to the specialist, I called MIDTOWN DENTISTRY who responded me super kindly and made me feel very confident, and I really left happy, if you are looking for a good dentist, I recommend that you visit MIDTOWN DENTISTRY 315 Westheimer Rd
